What RYZE is

RYZE gives general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace your doctor, nurse or dietitian. If you take medication that affects blood sugar or blood pressure, talk to your clinician before changing your food or exercise.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep your login private. You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

AI coach

The coach is an AI and can make mistakes. Check anything important with a health professional. In an emergency call 999.

Liability

We don't exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
