What we store

Your email, a password hash, the details you give us (age, height, weight, goal, health focus), your food log, workouts and coach chats. Health-related details are special category data under UK GDPR; we only use them to run the app for you, and you agree to that when you tick the health note.

Who processes it

Our database host, Stripe for payments, and Anthropic to power the AI coach and the meal photo scanner. When you chat to the coach, your message and a summary of your targets and day are sent to Anthropic to produce a reply. When you scan a meal, the photo and any note you add are sent to Anthropic to estimate the nutrition. We do not save the photo; we keep only the food items you choose to add to your log.

Your rights

You can edit your details in the app, and delete your account and all your data in Settings. To ask for a copy of your data, contact us.
